Creating a stand out brand activation in an iconic location to launch the hero range of the year

The problem:

Remington knew they wanted a brand activation to coincide with the launch of the AIRvive range.

The first challenge was to agree on a shopping centre that best reflected their products and customer profile.

Battersea Power Station was the one!

We then spent time designing options for both an outdoor and indoor event, before choosing the indoor option and the Black Friday weekend dates.

The solution:

The clients wanted to curate a journey from frizzy to smooth, highlighting the range’s core benefits.

We began the walkthrough of the stand in a frizz tunnel, which then led into a beautiful space showing smooth textures with soft lighting, and each of the products from the range on mirrored display plinths. At the rear we had the live demo with our wonderful stylists. Once styled, the visitors were invited to step into the photobooth to get their own memento. The last zone was where purchases could be made, and a personalisation station was the finishing touch…each product bought on the day could be engraved with a name of your choice.

The photobooth and personalisation station were really strong additions to the stand. The photobooth offered a sense of fun, whilst the personalisation supported on-the-day purchases that were made unique to the buyer/receiver.
